Ceiba, a coalition of Latinx community organizations located on the southwest corner of Norris Square, created a step-by-step video in English and Spanish that demonstrates how to complete a mail-in ballot for Pennsylvania’s 2020 primary election.
Once completed, ballots can be mailed back using the pre-paid envelope, turned into this dropbox at City Hall or delivered to the Philadelphia County Board of Elections office (City Hall, room 142) by 8 p.m. on June 2 otherwise they will not be considered.
