After an August 18 reopening, the library held a ribbon-cutting event to shed light on the building’s importance to the lives of the Port Richmond community.
Miss Awilda’s Media Learning Lab is a place and a program where people of all ages can access digital storytelling tools, individualized learning support, and people with a purpose.
It offers local residents access to the following for free, five days per week:
Cameras and microphones
Computers, iPads, internet, and printers
Multimedia software (including the Adobe Creative Suite)
